Refund Policy

​​​All sales for events hosted by Primer are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

In the event of an official cancellation, Primer reserves the right to reschedule the event. If the event is rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, a refund request must be submitted within 3 days of the rescheduling announcement.
